A Decade of Celebration Toward 2030

2,000 years of Jesus in India.

Apostle St Thomas arrived in India in 52 AD. In 72 AD, he was martyred near Chennai. Indian Christian Day / Yeshu Bhakti Divas is a global people’s movement making that shared story visible across India, the diaspora, and the wider world.

Why This Matters

India and the diaspora carry one shared story.

Indian Christian Day brings together heritage, public witness, service, and celebration. It reminds India and the nations that the story of Jesus in India did not begin with colonial history, but with St Thomas the Apostle and an ancient living witness.

This website exists to help people join, begin local expressions, gather on July 3, and connect with the wider movement while deeper archives and downloads live on the main resource site.
